My vision? A world where we celebrate our differences, where we can all develop and contribute our greatest potential, for the benefit of the whole.

I have been trained as in-house lawyer, and have worked in the (international) corporate world since 1999. Along the way, I have gained a wealth of experience in a diverse range of industries, geographies and cultures. It’s been truly wonderful and I am grateful for all that it taught me.

At some point during my career, a global MBA programme strengthened my holistic and systemic thinking. And, I rediscovered my capacity to clearly read weak (societal) signals and translate their impact into longer term trends.

Today, I support legal professionals that, like me, wish to add a healthy dosis of heart & meaning to their organizations. So that we may create a sustainable, just and harmonious world together.
