Sander Tideman is founder CEO of Triple Value Leadership, a platform for cultivating systems leadership for executives and organisations. He is also Director of Garrison Institute International and serves on the faculty of Mobius Executive Leadership in Boston and Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the Netherlands.

He holds degrees in law from the University of Utrecht (International Private Law) and University of London (Asian Legal Systems and International Economic Law). Following his studies, he practiced as an international lawyer (Baker & McKenzie) and finance executive (ABN AMRO Bank, Triodos Bank and the World Bank), before turning to leadership development, organisational transformation and social/sustainable entrepreneurship. He is motivated by building the capacity to address the unprecedented social and ecological challenges of this age. He has published several articles and books including the highly acclaimed Triple Value Leadership (Routledge 2022).
